Identification Of The Quality Of Polycarbonate Boards

1. A good board must be clean and translucent: it will not be damaged, cracked, or even yellow, aged, brittle, or have poor light transmittance during the warranty period. The opposite is true for ordinary plates, especially at the joints between plates and aluminum, the fastening parts of screws, and the contact parts between plates and strips.

2. Ordinary polycarbonate is flammable in case of fire: it will produce toxic gases after burning. Test method: Cut a small piece of board and light it with a lighter. Guler's board is basically difficult to burn and extinguishes immediately after leaving the fire. There is no other obvious irritation produced; ordinary boards are easier to burn and produce water droplets after burning. Liquid, which produces a large amount of smoke and has an obvious pungent odor.

3. Strength: Ordinary polycarbonate boards have poor strength. If the snow reaches a certain thickness, the board will easily break and collapse.

4. Anti-ultraviolet: Ordinary polycarbonate boards have an unsatisfactory blocking effect on ultraviolet rays in hot weather in summer, and cannot achieve the effect of heat insulation and cooling.

5. Weather resistance: Ordinary polycarbonate boards are prone to problems such as yellowing, brittleness, fogging, and poor light transmittance when exposed to sunlight (usually about one or two years).

6. Impact resistance: Ordinary polycarbonate boards have poor impact resistance. It does not play a very good protective role in falling objects from high altitude. The impact resistance of Gulaier's polycarbonate boards has passed safety performance tests in 16 countries and regions around the world, and can reduce the damage of safety accidents in extreme cases.
