How To Install PC Endurance Board To Avoid Cracking?

1. We need to make the via hole first before we can fix it. Moreover, the hole diameter needs to be larger than 6~9 mm, which can prevent thermal expansion and contraction in the future.
2. In the longitudinal overlap with the steel plate, there needs to be a stack of 200 mm between the PC endurance boards, and two waterstops need to be placed.
3. When sticking to the PC endurance board, a flashing gasket needs to be used between the screws and the endurance board to make it waterproof and dustproof.
4. Remember to lock the flashing gasket into the screw, and then use an electric drill to lock it into the purlin and secure it thoroughly.
5. When installing the PC endurance board, place an anti-slip template in its lateral position, and your feet can step on it to fix it and avoid deformation and cracking of the endurance board.
