What is the processing process of acrylic sheets?

The processing technology of acrylic plate is as follows:
1. Cutting. First, figure out the dimensions of your acrylic products and cut them to avoid wasting material.
2. Engraving. After cutting, the acrylic plate is initially carved into different shapes according to the shape requirements of the acrylic product.
3. Make holes. According to the needs of acrylic products, small round holes are punched in the acrylic products.
4. Polishing. After cutting, engraving and stamping, the edges are rough and easy to scratch your hands. Therefore, polishing technology is needed, and different polishing methods can be selected according to different products. Polishing is also divided into cloth wheel polishing, grinding wheel polishing and fire polishing. Then trim with an edger.
5. Hot bending. Acrylic can be changed into different shapes through hot bending. Suzhou endurance panels are divided into overall hot bending and local hot bending, which is also a key point in acrylic processing.
6. Silk screen printing. If users need to display their brand logo or slogan, they will choose screen printing, which can be divided into single-color screen printing and four-color screen printing.
7. Tear the paper. The paper tearing process is a process before the screen printing and heat bending processes. The stickers affixed to the acrylic board must be torn off before the screen printing and heat bending processes.
8. Bonding and packaging. These two steps are the last two steps of the acrylic processing process, that is, the assembly and packaging of the entire acrylic product before leaving the factory.
